The Heart of Culture LLC., was founded by Ms. Shelley Padron (B.ED, MBA).  As an educator of social sciences,  cultural dance arts director, choreographer, producer, and entrepreneur, has throughout the years, developed a passion for all aspects of culture. Her extensive curriculum has led her to travel and make connections around the world uniting with others near and far to bring you"The Heart of Culture, LLC."
